The Science Museum of Minnesota is a great place to spend a day in St. Paul. There are many exhibits that are fun for the whole family. With it’s own parking garage and restaurants inside the museum, you won’t even have to leave!
How to Get to the Science Museum of Minnesota:
The Science Museum of Minnesota is located in downtown St. Paul. Because the streets can be crowded, are often one way and could be covered in snow, I would suggest just using the GPS on your phone. You can also look at their website here for specific driving and parking directions.
What You Will See and Do at the Science Museum of Minnesota:
There are so many exhibits in the Science Museum of Minnesota! It has lots of open space and lots of fun hands-on exhibits as well as live demonstrations. They have exhibits on Dinosaurs & Fossils, The Human Body, The Mississippi River, Math, and a Native American Exhibit. There are also other exhibits that change frequently so make sure to check out their full list of exhibits here.
My favorite area in the Science Museum of Minnesota though is the Experiment Gallery. Here there are lots of hands on exhibits for you to try out. They give great explanations for how things work and explain really well what you are doing and experiencing in the gallery.
